This didn’t happen at Northside with Joe Finley. Another Lexus dealership gave me an incredible offer on a vehicle I was interested in buying. They asked me to come in to finalize the deal. Before going in, I gave Northside a chance to bid for my business. They said they’d beat it by $500 so I went to them instead. Once there, we found out the sweet deal at the other dealership was on a severely hail damaged vehicle and that was why the deal was so good. Even with that new information, Joe and his manager honored the original offer that they gave me. That meant a lot to me and they have earned my business going forward. Thank you for being a dealership of integrity! That is a very rare thing. The best car buying experience I’ve ever had! More
