Great Experience I feel like the real opportunity to give perspective on a customer service experience is when things don't necessarily go as expected. Service visits I feel like the real opportunity to give perspective on a customer service experience is when things don't necessarily go as expected. Service visits are supposed to go smoothly so when they do, it's just business as usual. I had a small miscommunication (my fault) that was handled with ease and professionalism and it made the experience that much better. The ability to handle these hiccups with great service is what will keep me coming back! More
