Service representatives consistently lie about the status of pending repairs! I took my vehicle in to have the seat heater replaced on a 2022 Grand Wagoneer Series III twice. The first time I took it in they of pending repairs! I took my vehicle in to have the seat heater replaced on a 2022 Grand Wagoneer Series III twice. The first time I took it in they gave it back to me as though the repairs were made. The seat was not fixed and the heater turned off with 15 minutes. I went back in before I ever pulled off the lot to inform them that the repairs were not made. They told me they didn't have the the parts and to call Chyrsler to get the parts sent to them. Even though this was the service department's responsibility I called Chrysler to get the parts, and the part were mailed to the service department before my repair appointment was scheduled. They have had my vehicle for two weeks and claim that they are either waiting on parts or don't have technicians to complete the repair. Technical Service Bulletin 23-006-22 REV. C describes the repair my vehicle required. Within it, only 8.8 hours of labor is needed to complete my repair. I was told a plethora of lies such as "We have to order parts," "The parts we ordered came in broke," "We don't have trained technicians to complete the complex repair," and "A new bulletin came out that we didn't know about" to name a few. Being a military family it’s so hard to know who to trust, but we never questioned the sincerity of Brent Bailey and the team at Mitchell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We were very particular on the vehicle trust, but we never questioned the sincerity of Brent Bailey and the team at Mitchell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We were very particular on the vehicle we wanted to purchase. The sales team didn’t pester but really listened to our wants and expectations. Brent was extremely patient as we waited for the perfect vehicle to become available. As soon as he found it, he called and worked with my schedule to make it happen. A small issue was found shortly after purchase and Mitchell CDJR never hesitated to fix the problem and offer a loaner until the job was finished. They could’ve easily said “not our problem.” If you are in the market and want a sales man that is truly in your corner, Brent Bailey is the best choice. I can say with upmost certainty that this was the best car buying experience our family has ever experienced. Well done Mitchell CDJR for hiring such an upstanding person.
