I've purchased both new and used Hondas from Wilde East Towne. They have always been very competitive on price and generally have a good selection of cars in their inventory. The only exception was East Towne. They have always been very competitive on price and generally have a good selection of cars in their inventory. The only exception was a used vehicle where the price was high because there were very few used vehicles avaialable at any dealership. The sales staff have been knowledgeable and helpful. I most recently worked with Scott Jensen in buying a new car. He was very helpful in getting an acceptable deal and carefully explained the car's features when we picked it up. He has also been very helpful when I needed help with features that we haden't covered previosly. More

Jeff Fox in Sales has been great to work with. Unfortunately, the rest of the buying process was frustrating. There were errors in the purchase contract, including extending the terms for warranti Unfortunately, the rest of the buying process was frustrating. There were errors in the purchase contract, including extending the terms for warranties without expressly telling me, incorrect trade-in allowance, and increased interest rate. Never assume that the final sales document is the same as what you agreed to with your salesperson! You have to look it over with a fine-toothed comb, which is pretty hard to do on the small iPad they use for signing. I called Kenn in Finance twice to correct things, who didn't call me back, so I had to call the Manager, Brent A., to get a refund for the overcharges. Then I had to remind him to refund the taxes on the overcharges. Brent was helpful, but it should not have happened nor taken a month to correct. More
