The Service Consultant who handled my vehicle's work was courteous, professional, and kept me informed. There were no high-pressure sales. He helped me decide which preventative maintenance items were best, and I did have some of the additional recommended PM work performed. I only had to say 'No Thanks' once to some of the other recommended work and it was without push-back. As it should be. I was contacted as soon as the work was finished.
