I brought in a copy of my dd-214 and my retired military ID. That wasn't good enough so we had to go through a computer generated system to try and prove that I was a veteran. Took about an hour. My retired ID and discharge papers should have been adequate. Brendon was great and helped us through the process and we finally received the rebate. Thank you Brendon.... The biggest disappointment in the purchasing process was the offer we received for our 2015 Toyota Prius with 118k miles on it. Your website stated that you offered top dollar for trade-ins. The estimate we received was for $4k+ when the average for the vehicle was in the 12-15k range. Disappointing to say the least. More
