Brendon at Toyota of Gladstone was amazing. He had answers to all my questions,except perhaps two, when he wasn't able to answer he stated so ,and that he would find the answer immediately, whi He had answers to all my questions,except perhaps two, when he wasn't able to answer he stated so ,and that he would find the answer immediately, which he did in under 5 minutes each time. As a consumer i can't emphasize how important this is! He sold me on my new lease, I will definately use him again and again. Gladstone has a good one there , I hope they take care of him. More

Sales consultant and Sales manager we’re exceptional and spent the necessary time to understand my vehicle needs. Would recommend both for any perspective buyer. After writing a check for balance of down p spent the necessary time to understand my vehicle needs. Would recommend both for any perspective buyer. After writing a check for balance of down payment I requested 3-4 business days for funds to be transferred to cover the check. Even though I kept sales consultant and manager appraised of the transfer process the dealership processed the check in two days not honoring there promise to wait until I informed them that funds had been deposited. There action in depositing my check created an incredibly difficult situation to reconcile with my bank hence the 3 star overall dealership rating. If there promise to wait until funds had been transferred would have definitely earned 5 stars. As I had a 796 credit rating there should have been more trust extended by them. The three star rating is not a reflection of the two sales managers (Seth and Daniel) they were superb. Sales consultant Brendon was exceptional. More

Brendon was great. Called several times to keep us informed of the status of the vehicle we ordered. I would recommend him highly to future customers. I brought in a copy of my dd-214 and my retired military ID. That wasn't good enough so we had to go through a computer generated system to try and prove that I was a veteran. Took about an hour. My retired ID and discharge papers should have been adequate. Brendon was great and helped us through the process and we finally received the rebate. Thank you Brendon.... The biggest disappointment in the purchasing process was the offer we received for our 2015 Toyota Prius with 118k miles on it. Your website stated that you offered top dollar for trade-ins. The estimate we received was for $4k+ when the average for the vehicle was in the 12-15k range. Disappointing to say the least. More
