My history with Brandon Hyundai dates back to 2014. Service has improved with new owners, but is still bad. The service manager told me he was there to protect his employees, not his customers. The Service has improved with new owners, but is still bad. The service manager told me he was there to protect his employees, not his customers. The service department rarely answers their phones. Policy has changed without notifying customers. New hidden service fees were added without informing me. I recommend going to Courtesy Hyundai of Tampa to buy or service your Hyundai. The parts department was great. More

Very disappointed that I had my vehicle shut itself off 3 separate times due to the hybrid system and the dealership offered no insight to the cause, directing me to Hyundai national to address the issue who separate times due to the hybrid system and the dealership offered no insight to the cause, directing me to Hyundai national to address the issue who then said maybe try another dealership. The dealership team members are great! I called because the dealership because the oil plug from my Kona came off while on the road. The person I spoke with told me to bring the vehicle in I called because the dealership because the oil plug from my Kona came off while on the road. The person I spoke with told me to bring the vehicle in. My Kona was running again in less than 2 hours from the time I towed my car to the dealership. Wonderful service, highly recommended!! More
