This time I came in looking for a used near new vehicle and Brendan was very accommodating. My husband and I had one or two MUSTS and I was given some good comparisons. Then Brenden mentioned the advances in the 2016 and suggested I drive both. And we only looked at those with our special requirements, one being a spare tire that my husband just has to have. Brenden was very accommodating and sourced a car from NJ for us which we received in less then a week. I appreciate Brendan's knowledge about Toyota, friendliness and great service. More

Brenden made the transition from our previous Sienna to the upgraded 2014 model. My husband is handicapped,which gave special concerns to address,and he could not be more helpful. The dealership came up with the perfect vehicle to service us,and it is so nice to look at! In addition,they handled taking our previous vehicle to Abilities Unlimited to remove the previous chair lift,and install it in the new model. It took that burden off of my shoulders,and helped tremendously I can't even say! They always make the process of getting a vehicle pleasant not just smooth. They never apply pressure sales which is huge.Who can say they actually enjoy going to a dealership today? We do.
