You had not received a quick reply from the management team, so I made sure the General Sales Manager, Justin, called you right away (but as I can see from the details, you weren't available to answer at that time.). I definitely loved the fact you were searching for the vehicle you had been married in, and asked the team if there was any way to accommodate you, to do so. For the story on social media alone, it would make my heart smile. Unfortunately, as much as the team wanted to serve you, we had clearly provided a significant trade value when taking it in that prevented us from meeting your goal price. The cost of the reconditioning would have placed it even further beyond your price point. Again, I apologize we couldn't make an agreement. I would have loved for the story to have a happy ending.

I attempted to be fair, and honestly was willing to pay more than what i thought was a reasonable amount for the car. Even with it setting "as is" it was quiet insulting to be offered a lower end fair condition car at a price that was on the high end of excellent condition. The 500 dollar discount wouldnt have even fixed 1/4 of the issues the vehicle had.... at this point, we are beating a dead horse. The only main issues i have at this point are that 1. You shouldnt high end retail price on a vehicle in that condition especially when you have confirmation that someone is coming in from 3 hours away and its not clean nor will it even start! And 2. We are now at almost a month, 24 days past receiving the gift card that was promised the day we visited the dealership. Very poor customer service in my opinion!
