My Service Visit I would like to share my experience with having My Soul serviced. I e-mailed Brenda Nappi for an appointment. She replied promptly with an appointment I would like to share my experience with having My Soul serviced. I e-mailed Brenda Nappi for an appointment. She replied promptly with an appointment within the time frame I requested. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Yusef Johnson. As usual he greeted me with a smile and remembered me from my past visits. Brenda had me checked in quickly and my car was taken back for a 5000 mile service. I do not know the technician that performed the service but I was given a report from him showing the condition of my car, I had some coupons that saved me money and the technician took my car thru a free car wash. Brenda went over the report with me and thanked me for bringing my car to the dealership for service. The lady that checked me out was nice and courteous and she also thanked me. As I was leaving Brenda and Yusef thanked me and wished me a good day. The staff at Kia Autosport of Columbus work hard to treat their clients like family, not just another customer. I bought my car here but it is the staff that keeps me driving 70 miles each way for my cars service. More
