I’ve tried to reach out to you all but you don’t want to do business with me over things that aren’t my fault. You’ve added things to my financial contract that are nothing, $1000 for gap insurance $3500 for a service contract. I’ve called been placed on hold and since you all don’t want me back at your dealership due to me putting the truth out there and being out over $750 this month alone because of you guys on tires for a brand new car you all could of offered me something a little better. Nissan consumer affairs is supposed to be getting back to me no later than tomorrow Wednesday. Hopefully they do! What’s sad is I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and I have learned a lot and you guys have really got me good on this one! At least they answered me instead of placing me on hold and never getting me to anyone. You all have my number as well. If you don’t want to speak to me or for me to leave a review then I shouldn’t of gotten a text to leave a review and I know for a fact the 2 scratches are from you all on my vehicle but my main concern is how I was treated and told not to come back when I could of showed my butt really but I was trying to abide by mikes rules but yet even after a mass email and me contacting the BBB I still had to pay for an alignment today but they did an amazing job wonderful customer service and once I get all these extra “service contacts” off my loan! I pray I’m able to get ride of it since it also needs new control arms and that’s probably due to the bad tires that should of been covered. I drove to the dealership 4-5 times I live an hour away. You charged me for an alignment when I had 10k miles which didn’t seem right but what choice did I have the car was all over the road and still was until today but now they believe there is more wrong! You need a new service manager who knows how to treat customers because Ive never in my life been done this badly by a service manager and even the financial office for adding $4500 to my loan so the $3500 I put down but then add the balance you added as a service contract. You all have offered me no help and wanted to cancel my review and only deal with Bri who did nothing but make me feel uncomfortable and like we weren’t allowed to speak up. But as a dealership you guys could do better and from what I’ve done after researching and having all my paperwork in order I’m not the only one you guys have done this way! However since you no longer want me at your dealership or to have helped me in anyway other than be mad I was stressed out over what to do and frustrated I was putting more money into a car that is already triple my previous car payment. Nissan consumer affairs said if you don’t want me at the dealership then I don’t have to speak with you! I really thought I was getting treated fair at a car dealer when I got the car but sadly my 3500 down payment was then added back into the loan as a service contract that no one seems to know what it is but corporate said it’s not a warranty. I hope you guys the best and it’s a shame that when I get my next car I’ll know better then to be told gap coverage is mandatory and ask more questions or take my friends dad with me whose been in the car business his whole life. You guys really hurt me actually and put me behind on bills as well as sent me on the road with the wrong tires then new tires that needed an alignment and I had to drive 800 miles on the nice right new tires and now they are worn on the edge already. Not to mention now I have to deal with a warranty on the control arms that was supposedly checked out during my oil change a few weeks ago because the backs completely shot, they also didn’t torture my lug nuts down but luckily this mechanic shop did that for me! Thankfully my tire didn’t come off while driving down the interstate at 80 mph or worse with my son in the car also! So if you’d like to talk to me you’re more than welcome to contact me if you have something nice to say to help me because my stress level can’t handle anymore! I’ll be in Nashville tomorrow while my husband has his cancer check ups so I’ll be available! Thank you! Ms. Way, As we stated on the additional review you left on another platform, Nissan of Cookeville submitted your paperwork for the cancellation your requested. We asked, as we do all cancelations, that a valid mailing address be placed on the top of the paperwork to ensure that a refund check would go to a valid mailing address, should there be one. Additionally, at the time of any cancelation request, the dealership does not know what the amount refunded is to be or when it will arrive to the customer. Nissan of Cookeville offers an expedite option for refunds, and you are correct in that it does have a $50 charge to do so. The company that provides GAP Insurance also has a $50 cancelation fee to cancel GAP insurance that they deduct from he refund before it is sent. We are not disputing that you paid your vehicle off 2 months early. However, as we tried to explain, after the pro-rated amount of time was factored into your refund amount + the cancelation fee, you did not have a refund due to you. As a dealership globally recognized in honesty, transparency, and customer service, we have no reason to keep our customers from their refunds, nor keep them from what is theirs.
