Kyla that was my point of sale. Rep was very good. Her manager was dishonest as he tried to slip in an extra $1500 charge that I didn’t catch until I got to the finance department. Rep was very good. He sent me videos which put a face to the messages and a better view of the vehicle. My vehicle was not on their lot, but William worked hard to get it for me.
