Fixed a big problem fast My Jeep began randomly failing to start on vacation causing us to cut the vacation short. The dealership in Colorado could not find the problem. Wha My Jeep began randomly failing to start on vacation causing us to cut the vacation short. The dealership in Colorado could not find the problem. What is a vehicle if you can’t depend on it? Had it reoccur here at home and we had it towed to to Landers. They found the problem, fixed it and I had my Jeep back within 24 hours. Couldn’t ask for better service. More

Horrible service! Appointments mean absolutely nothing here! Had an 8 o’clock appointment. Were told it would only take 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I called them 7 hours later an Appointments mean absolutely nothing here! Had an 8 o’clock appointment. Were told it would only take 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I called them 7 hours later and they hadn’t even started it! Ridiculous! Only reason they could give us was they were behind! A common courtesy phone call the day before to reschedule would have been nice! Even a courtesy phone call after they noticed they weren’t going to get to it would have been nice. We made the appointment and took off work to bring it in! Very frustrating! Poorest customer service I’ve every experienced. The service manager was extremely rude as well! Like we were bothering him by being there. Then just got up and went outside to talk to his friend! Braxton even admitted that the appointment meant nothing other than the time we would drop it off to him. Very disappointed in this dealership! Your slogan “unmatched customer service “ is so true. Much better than Fowler I had set an appointment for service at 7:30 AM with Fowler two weeks before I brought it in. I dropped it off at the schedule time and when I called I had set an appointment for service at 7:30 AM with Fowler two weeks before I brought it in. I dropped it off at the schedule time and when I called that afternoon to see if it was ready (they had not called me) they said they had not even touched it. I called the next day at noon and they had still not gotten to it so I just went and picked it up. I called Landers and they were able to get me in the next day (not 2 weeks like Fowler) and got the repair the same day. More

When I said I was there for service, he politely said ok and drove away. Made me laugh but I think you may want to coach your personnel on golf carts on what may come across as rude. My immediate thought was, well I'm not good enough for a cart ride! Service Dept and personnel were awesome, like always! More
