Service dept far superior to sales dept After 2 weeks of dealing with a sales dept that was less than helpful or honest/open, and after 2+ weeks of trying to get it scheduled, due to dealin After 2 weeks of dealing with a sales dept that was less than helpful or honest/open, and after 2+ weeks of trying to get it scheduled, due to dealing with sales people screwing up what we asked for, the holiday & work schedules, we were finally able to bring in our durango on Friday 11/30/18, to have the mopar hitch receiver installed. The Service staff was great. Very helpful!!! I can’t say that enough. We had a great experience with them. The service folks removed the incorrect equipment (that the sales dept erroneously scheduled & carried out, totally ignoring what we had requested) & installed the mopar hitch yesterday, though it did take longer than expected (also due to having to remove the incorrect equipment) and I was able to pick it up today (due to work scheduling conflicts). Our service rep was great as well. Very thorough with the quote & explanation of work being done. Thank you Braxton, for being so helpful. The only ding that I would give the service dept was the price of the labor for the install; but I’ll look past that since they had to remove the incorrect equipment (thanks a lot sales dept & your screwup). I don’t if that made it more expensive for labor, but I wouldn’t doubt it since it doubled install time for the mopar parts. More

When I called to schedule everything they were extremely accommodating and even asked if I wld be needing transportation to anywhere after dropping my vehicle off. I wld definitely recommmend Landers! More

Didn’t check things they said It’s not a terrible big deal but I got a checklist back. Mostly green. Including taillights. Also I was quoted 70 for an oil change. That was really high so I found a coupon on my phone in the lounge so it was only 45. I felt like I should have been told about that. More

Good hard working just can’t find my problem I have a light that comes on and I take it to the shop. Same light 5 times. The have the Jeep office involved so it is not there fault. Every time I call they r polite and caring (u know they r frustrated as well). I take my Jeep in, they r ready for me, have me a loaner and I’m not too unconvinced. They try hard and r doing all the right things. If they weren’t as nice as they r, I would not be writing this. More
