Recall I came in for a recall which I was told would be one hour. Not a big except instead of waiting one hour in the waiting room I was there nearly 4 hour I came in for a recall which I was told would be one hour. Not a big except instead of waiting one hour in the waiting room I was there nearly 4 hours. Then when I left I noticed they did not reinstall my my dash properly and I had a new problem, none of my center console electronics were working such as a/c. Instead of taking to the dealership to waste more of my time, be a mechanic myself I took apart the dash and notice they unhooked every electrical connection behind the center console and never connected them when finished. This is absolutely absurd for a dealership that claims to have certified mechanics and a quality control personnel to check after a mechanic. Every time I have problems at this dealership, would Never recommend to anyone. More

You habe lost a customer of 10 yeats I would like to begin by saying the entire staff has always been very friendly and make you feel very welcome. Braxton was very polite and professional as is everyone else I ever dealt with. On a prior visit several months ago I had a window motor fixed on a rear window, and several weeks later the first time I tried using the rear passenger door from the inside it would not open. The handle was unresponsive. It had been several weeks since the window was repaired, and since I rarely use the door I just let it slide. The door worked before having the window fixed. To this day the door will still not open from the inside. Now to my most recent visit. Last Thursday I had a routine oil change. When my car key was returned to me my house key and house alarm were no longer connected to my car key. For some reason someone from your staff pulled off my house keys from my car key and left the house keys in my cup holder. Never in the past has this ever been done before. I thought it odd but brushed it off. I drove my car home. The next morning the next time I went to use my car the ignition was unresponsive. I called the service center and told them the problem and about the odd occurrence with my key. I was told to tow the vehicle to the shop and if the problem was something that happened during the oil change I would be covered. I then spent $120 to get my car towed from Purcell to the service center. After inspection I had a broken rod in my ignition that I was informed by your staff of course was not caused by the oil change. $604 to fix. I am now out $724. I find it odd that my keys were pulled apart and then the next day my ignition was broken. I get my car back after the ignition was fixed and one of my head lights was not working! At this point rather than take any chances bringing the vehicle back and something else going wrong I repaired it myself. I also still have another oil change on my contract that I already paid for, but I can not afford to risk taking my vehicle back to your repair center and something else being broken that wasn't before, so I am out another $40-$50. These can all be coincidences, but in my eyes I believe some if not all of these issues that happened that were not a problem before taking my vehicle to the service center were caused by the service center in some way or another. The coincidences are to great, but there is no way to know for sure. I am willing to pay extra for a friendly staff and quality work which was why I always used your dealership in the past, but now I have zero confidence in your service center's work and will take my business elsewhere and reccomend to others to take their business elsewhere. I just wished it did not cost me so much money to realize the deficiencies in your service centers work. Thank you, John Swartz More

Best service on a vehicle ever I had my jeep in for a recall on rear control arms. My appointment was made for within a week, at my convenience. I took my jeep in and they gave me a ride home, kept my apprised of the progress then came back to my house to take me back out to the dealership. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helpful. Now you may be asking, “What’s so special about that?” I can tell you I’ve had five recalls. Four through previous owners of the dealership. Never, until this time, did I feel like they really wanted my business and went out of their way to make it easier for me. I appreciate Landers’s customer service. Thanks all! More

Need to get employees on the computers in Check! Made an appointment last Tuesday for an alignment for this Tuesday don't remember the girls name but either on phone or through chat on the internet i Made an appointment last Tuesday for an alignment for this Tuesday don't remember the girls name but either on phone or through chat on the internet is getting nowhere. No confirmation of any sort just wasting my time what are they doing apparently my requests are getting nowhere. I am extremely disappointed since I always came in for service. But now that I need an alignment since hibson's tire did not get it right I felt like I could trust going to the dealership but appointments are always a week later when I call in or try to book online. Now im stuck either applying for next week or go somewhere else as I mentioned before I am getting screwed by not getting the right person to do the correct job in the first place. I also asked for service tech got directed to parts girl sure I'll submit request to email you never happened that's twice now. I had to call Braxton stoneking at least he was useful gave me answers for my question so I get transferred over to book appointment on the 3/26/19 for alignment girl on the phone everything set up yet here I am typing this need results not excuses on proper communication prior to setting up service. More
