I'm sorry to hear of your troubles with your vehicle. The windshield washer motor has been ordered and my team is checking the ETA so we can get that installed. I've reviewed everything and it appears the vehicle was sold as is with nothing owed on the "weowe" portion of the paperwork you signed off on. We also offered an extended service contract that covered these issues that was declined as well. We strongly suggest insuring vehicles that are outside of the manufacturer coverage for these exact reasons. I would like to speak to you about this so please give me a call. Unfortunately we cannot control what is and isn't covered by the warranty your vehicle has. We do realize that you did have work done previously and was 2 years prior. We understand your frustration entirely but there was a completely different issue with the light than previously. If it were up to us we would want warranties to cover every repair every single time. I am not trying to get rid of you in any case.
