Kenneth L., the financial manager, was equally impressive. He made the financing process straightforward and transparent, ensuring I understood all my options. His professionalism and willingness to answer my questions made me feel confident in my choices. The overall management of the dealership was apparent, even though I didn’t catch the manager's name. The team worked seamlessly together, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my car-buying experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this Mazda dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Used their on line trade in value and received a $43k amount. I wanted to purchase a $46K Audi. They quoted me a $5K difference. I countered with a $3k offer. 8 hrs later after many texts to get an answe amount. I wanted to purchase a $46K Audi. They quoted me a $5K difference. I countered with a $3k offer. 8 hrs later after many texts to get an answere they came back at $9k difference. Why have all the on line tools if not valid. Very terrible customer service. Just proving that the dealer experience is a one way street. Be careful with theses guys. More

Went to Brandon Mazda after a horrible experience at the competition, and we couldn’t be happier! Jared Howard greeted us, he was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. We test drove several vehicles and fell i competition, and we couldn’t be happier! Jared Howard greeted us, he was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. We test drove several vehicles and fell in love with one only to have another client who was there for the exact same car buy it from under us. No worries tho! Jared and the manager Braxton quickly found us the exact same car, a year newer, half the miles and worked their magic to make our budget still happen. I really could go on and on about our experience because it was amazing! We look forward to working with Jared and the Mazda team again in the future! More

Collision Shop Took my car to Ferman Mazda Brandon for accident repair. and was explained the procedure and that it would be 3 to 5 days for the adjuster no problem, Took my car to Ferman Mazda Brandon for accident repair. and was explained the procedure and that it would be 3 to 5 days for the adjuster no problem, then it would be ready in 3-4 days to repair no problem. Insurance company called said it would be ready on the 8th no problem all is good. NOT! body shop said it was in line to be washed, 3 days later still there When my husband and I went to see what was going on we Talked to Manuel told him we were tired of his lies as we had called each day and got the same answer and were going to file a complaint. He laughed in our face and said go ahead I don't care We then talked to the sales manager and he called the body shop manager who appeared some what later as he was busy ' They both listened bottom line Manuel has no respect for the customer got my car 2 hours after the fact More
