I'm changing my review, I was initially happy with Daniel helping my daughter find the right car for her needs. Now, I'm not happy at all...I was told the tax, tag, and title was added in with to the total I helping my daughter find the right car for her needs. Today I went to get the money that was to be used for registration just to be told that what Daniel promised wasn't properly documented and he's no longer working there. I trusted them and they've betrayed my trust...it only takes 1 time with me. I'm glad it happened with my daughter's $20, 000 2024 vehicle because I definitely will be shopping elsewhere when I'm ready to purchase my new 2027 vehicle. They just lost a $45,000+ sale for less than a $1,000 untrustworthy act. More

He was friendly, polite, and never pushy, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. He was easy to talk to, answered our questions, and just genuinely seemed like a good guy. I’d definitely recommend asking for Chandler if you’re looking for a vehicle. Next, I visited the finance department at Tulsa Hyundai. Having a background in engineering, I usually spend hours debating and looking for flaws. Brant Gamble, one of the finance managers, has completely changed my perspective! Brant was very honest and transparent about everything, explained my options clearly, and never made me feel pressured into adding things we didn’t need. Communication was easy and straightforward, and I felt like I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. He was especially patient as I would update my spreadsheets, factoring in the different scenarios and the financial ramifications of each decision. Really appreciated how simple and comfortable Brant made the finance part of the process. The entire team at Tulsa Hyundai just seems like a group of positive, good people. I highly recommend! More

My salesman Daniel was allegedly going to set up my Bluelink for me and show me how to use the fob before I left with my new vehicle. I had to walk around the dealership outside in 90 degree heat to try to find him, only to realize he had moved on to another customer before I was finished. It was then the work of someone else trying to help me and figure out where my new vehicle even was, all while I was just trying to get home in time to out my 1-year old to bed. Daniel was also supposed to coordinate for my car to come back in for leather conditioning due to a defect on the driver's seat. After the purchase day I had to follow up repeatedly just to get a response only to have a poor experience the day I was asked to bring the car in with no one there to receive it and no loaner lined up. My overall experience with both Tate and Vanessa was good. Tate appears to know the Hyundai line well, and was able (with Sami’s approval, I’m sure), to offer a decent price on the specific vehicle we w good. Vanessa was the person Tate asked to handle the vehicle pickup, as he could not be there on that day. My impression was that Vanessa really cares about the customer, and will work to-make things go smoothly. But I was disappointed that the car wasn’t out front and ready when we arrived, and hadn’t been filled with gas yet.Also, there are two small dents on the car, one that we saw immediately while looking over the car with Vanessa, and another we saw when we got the car home. In the garage, out of the bright sunlight. I was under the impression that we would be contacted by the dealer arrange repairs, but that hasn’t occurred, leaving those arrangements to us. More
