We bought a 2022 Toyota Tacoma last summer. During the financing of the vehicle we were offered the warranty. We declined numerous times and finally were bullied into one. We were told that it During the financing of the vehicle we were offered the warranty. We declined numerous times and finally were bullied into one. We were told that it was easy to cancel but to give it a year. My son purchased a car at the Jim Norton Chevy dealership and bought the warranty. He had issues with the car before he could get it tagged. None of the issues were covered by the so called bumper to bumper warranty. That is when I came in and spoke to Chris and he said he canceled the warranty on my Tacoma. I have still not been reimbursed for the over $1900 I was told would be applied to my loan. I have spoken to Chris initially and Brant over the phone and in person and was promised they would get me reimbursed. I have tried calling numerous times for them but have never had a phone call returned. I’m frustrated that I was basically forced into a warranty and now I am bullied into not getting reimbursed for it even though I sold the truck. More

I couldn’t have picked a better dealership to get my car. Matthew was extremely helpful and friendly and he felt genuine, unlike just about every other car salesman I’ve met.
