Service department is incompetent and impossible to communicate with. first time I brought my car there my service advisor told me they have a hard time finding quality workers and end up costing the d communicate with. first time I brought my car there my service advisor told me they have a hard time finding quality workers and end up costing the dealership more money. huge red flag. I paid over $1000 to get my air conditioning and switch fixed. they held my car for over 3 weeks and no one in the service department could answer what the status of it was. I pick my car up and the AC does not blow cold. they take it back immediately, fix a leak, and suggest I "may" need a new evaporator (I did not). about 3 months later the air conditioning breaks again. they then tell me it would cost over $2500 to fix it and refused to compesate for their inability to properly diagnose the problem and fix it accordingly the 3 times that had them check my car out. so now I'm out the $1000 I originally paid and the AC system is still broken. I did bit of research and found out the problem within 1 hour. costed me about $30 and an hour and a half of my time. My AC system works perfectly now. this dealership did nothing but waste my time and money. My subaru dealership back home even told me to get my car out of there and never go back. More
