My car broke down in August. KIA said they couldn't get me an appointment til Sept. 4th almost a month later. After towing my car in the day before. I had to call to find out if KIA said they couldn't get me an appointment til Sept. 4th almost a month later. After towing my car in the day before. I had to call to find out if they received it. Daniqua Farmer is supposed to call me and let me know updates on the service that needs to be done. My appointment was at 7:30am. I called left a message and haven't heard from anyone. It Is now 5:45pm. I am so frustrated and disappointed with this whole situation. I want to have my car towed to another service station. I've missed several doctors appointments and have cancelled even more. This is unexceptionable. More

Before meeting Jonn I would rate it a 2. After meeting John it went up to a 5. He helped me more in one day then then the other 2 men I was dealing with did in 7 weeks of having my vehicle. After meeting John it went up to a 5. He helped me more in one day then then the other 2 men I was dealing with did in 7 weeks of having my vehicle. I want 7 weeks without a vehicle because they would not give me a loaner. After having to take my vehicle back and meeting John this time I was able to get a loaner while getting my vehicle fixed. I will highly recommend John to my family and friends before the other 2 I had to deal with. Just telling the customer what they want to hear and doing nothing to really help the situation like not giving a loaner for transportation doesn't sit to well. John came through for me he told me what every customer wants to hear (I'll take care of you). And follow through with action. Thank you John for all your help . Your the best. Laura loftis More
