Price was competitive for the vehicle but finance process was shady. Instead of showing me the final number we began by signing my trade in. Also there was a $1000 credit when I was talking to the Sales guy but they basically discounted a icon package which I didn't need and said that was the discount. I was basically told you have to talk to the sales guy. I just had a long day at the dealership and didn't want to argue about it. Also when I asked about GMPP plan their pricing was twice of what other dealers were offering. More

The moment that we showed up here, it was an extremely welcoming experience. They immediately greeted us and got to work. The entire time, there was zero pressure. From start to finish, the whole process took around 1 1/2 hours and that includes us test driving the vehicle that we purchased. I felt very safe purchasing from them. The staff exhibited a level of pride in their work and the Henry Brown name that was noticeable by both my wife and I. Mr. Brown's son is the one who wrote up the deal and he was an amazingly generous and kind guy. As a bonus, we were able to get an great deal because I'm a first responder.
