Perrysburg Auto Mall is the greatest! I came in with a flat tire. They provided awere able to replace the tire in a matter of hours and provided a ride home for me. Brandon was very helpful and candid. I knew what vehicle I wanted before I arrived, so he did not have to” sell” me. He and the finances fellow processed my paperwork quickly. Brandon has been extremely helpful, even after the sale. The staff are friendly, and they had the car I wanted at a good price. I did find the paperwork process to be longer than necessary, and was surprise The staff are friendly, and they had the car I wanted at a good price. I did find the paperwork process to be longer than necessary, and was surprised that a paper check was sent to pay off the loan on my trade. It’s a digital world, and paperwork/money transfer can happen in minutes with online dealers. All in all, though, a good experience. More

Brandon was wonderful. I wasn’t able to go to the dealership to see my vehicle so he took a thorough video to show me the car before I made my decision.
