Brandon Tobar was a great salesman. I called him late in the evening let him know I was coming from Jersey to look at a car. Brandon got off at 5:00pm but willingly stayed late for me. As soon as I realized he was willing to make time for me I knew I had to do the deal. I told him if they gave me X amount for my car I would leave with it that night. After negotiation with Brandon I ended up purchasing the car even though I got $1000 less than what I wanted. I really really did not want anything less than my number but after factoring everything in such as Brandon staying super respectful throughout the whole transaction even though I was not set on purchasing, staying late for me, answering calls from me on his day off, trying to give me as many deals and discounts as I could to ensure I was a happy customer, and happy with my purchase. He also willingly offered to assist with anything that the vehicle needed after purchase. I knew I had to make the deal. I left the dealership that night at 9:00pm, (4 hours after Brandon was supposed to leave). I am happy with my purchase, and I had a great experience with Brandon and Koons Ford of Falls Church. I would definetly come back in the future. More
