From my humble perspective, after purchasing more than thirteen vehicles throughout the years all over the country, this is a rare breed when it comes to folks who sell cars. Brandon is insanely knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles and is more than willing to share what he knows. He was extremely patient with us throughout the entire buying process and went out of his way to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. He was transparent about everything, each step of the way, and was always available via phone or text message, which meant a lot to us because we are not local to Tulsa. I will not be back nor will I suggest this dealership to anyone. My husband & I came in wanting a 4Runner. Our salesman was out & we were given someone else. He only showed us 1 vehicle which was “maybe” al anyone. My husband & I came in wanting a 4Runner. Our salesman was out & we were given someone else. He only showed us 1 vehicle which was “maybe” already sold. Even though I asked to see other 4runners that never happened. We had to leave with no vehicle & we were told he would call us the next day which he didn’t. After calling to see if the car was actually available we went to purchase it. After waiting for 30-40 mins we had to leave to go get a cashiers check because we were not told there was a cap on the amount they could charge on a debit card. Even though we said several times the amount we were going to put down. It was a nightmare. I called recently to figure out our title work because we still have not received it & “would get a call back”....6 days later & still no call back. By far the worst dealership I have ever experienced. More

All around a great experience! When I started the car buying process, I already had it in my mind that I was not excited and was going to get hassled. I went to a couple of dealersh When I started the car buying process, I already had it in my mind that I was not excited and was going to get hassled. I went to a couple of dealerships and was not satisfied and it was exactly as I thought. Then...... I walked into Jim Norton. I met with Brandon Terry, who immediately was down to earth and very knowledgeable about vehicles, especially the one I was searching for. We test drive the vehicle, he told me all the features, and showed me all the gadgets and answered all my questions. We went in and made a deal. He listened to what I want, what was important to me, and gave me a better than fair deal. Then the finance manager came in and made me an even better deal, and i agreed. HASSLE FREE! I was amazed. I felt like my time was not wasted, I was not pressured, and I got a great deal. It was definitely a win, win!! I will be using Jim Norton for any of my vehicle needs in the future. More
