He was professional, knowledgeable of the vehicle, and the buying process. It took less than 15 minutes to agree to a price and set the appointment to complete the purchase. When we arrived the next morning, the team was ready for us: greeted us at the door, paperwork was ready, and the vehicle was ready to roll. While prepping the car, Brandan spotted a "gash' in a tire, and had it replaced before we arrived. Ariana was professional, prepared, and patient with my many questions. I give high makes to the lot and facility. The lot had ample space to maneuver without feeling like I was going to bump another car. The showroom was clean and well lit.
