I first joined the Luther Automotive Service Team in 2000, providing exceptional service to each and every guest who walks through our dealership doors. This is a face-paced industry, with many challenges that I love to take on each day. My co-workers are great; we have the most loyal customer-base at Rudy Luther Toyota. I never received a call to set up a meeting. I stressed the availability to come by after so many attempts. Manager did not care and continue to question my doing even without facts or knowing my name. No one was willing to help, but pick and chose to take advantage of people who has no knowledge of the situation. I wouldn’t buy parts or get services on my vehicle at this location. They didn’t believe me, how would I trust them telling me the truth about my vehicle being serviced by them.
