I don’t understand how Brandon has 5 star review! He was horrible at communicating with me while my car was getting looked at! Plus they didn’t fix the issue when they said they did! Brandon said my warranty didn’t cover my brake calipers. I called my warranty they said it was pending and they needed more info from the dealership! I’m glad I called my warranty to get more info because Brandon couldn’t give the right info! More

Well we already had from Keffer Mazda 2 cars. My car the 2017 Grand Slam what I bought in 2019 used and it is a nice car but as soon we bought for my wife the CX 30 for my car in 2022 used too, i My car the 2017 Grand Slam what I bought in 2019 used and it is a nice car but as soon we bought for my wife the CX 30 for my car in 2022 used too, it was clear to me I was pretty soon ready for a nice CUV too. Truthfully it's our 4 Mazda with my new car now. We bought her old car at South Blvd., a Mazda 3 our first car at 2013. We love this car too, and from this moment we loved Mazda totally. But now to Daniel the salesperson. I basically was a very easy customer, I know what I want, but Daniel put me very gently in the right direction to the Modell CX 30.. He was very polite, a very good listener, and very professional. I would always to go back to Daniel in the future to buy in a couple of years a new car by him. The funny part is now we have to CX 30 in the garage with the same color! I just want to point out Daniel is a great Sales person, go Daniel go! More

Such disappointing service, from the moment I arrived. The two boys who were in the bay, never greeted me they just stood there with their clipboard like two knots on a log - no direction, no information. The two boys who were in the bay, never greeted me they just stood there with their clipboard like two knots on a log - no direction, no information. I had to ask where to go and what to do. The complimentary service of washing my car was not offered to me! This cost me more money having to wash my car before the holiday season in traveling. I drove there for the service of a dealer and received no service whatsoever. What I did receive was a $12 Shop Supply fee - This is absolutely taking advantage of a guest and a charge that should not be passed on to the customer. Ridiculous! What would want to make me come back - the service was lazy and lacking effort. I would have received better service from a take 5 and spent less time and money. This was unacceptable. Certainly, I will share this bad experience with others and social media, it is unlikely I will be back unless this is corrected. More
