Worst car buying experience ever! Every time I asked to speak to a manager about details and updates regarding my car getting serviced after the check engine light illuminated and tur Every time I asked to speak to a manager about details and updates regarding my car getting serviced after the check engine light illuminated and turbo failing within the first week of purchasing, I was told that they are not present and I’ll receive a call tomorrow. I was also never provided a loner car during the entire time my car was being serviced (almost 2 weeks). When I got the car back from their service center, they didn’t have the itemized maintenance report ready, or the codes from before and after service. It wasn’t until the next day in the afternoon when I received the docs in email. I also noticed that the boost gauge was not working at all. I received the car in worse condition due to the fact that the check engine light illuminated within the first 2 days, the turbo was failing and getting worse and now the boost gauge. I am now trying to get my car serviced for the second time but want to make sure they have a loner car ready for me during the time they fix my car. They told me in the past two days that no loner car or manager to approve my request but that I can drop off the vehicle… all these issues without even getting to the cost issue… $19000 was their advertised price and I paid over $26000 out the door with $10500 down payment. After looking at the numbers more closely, I noticed many discrepancies…. And some to be illegal…. More

Impeccable dealership, highly recommend! We came to the dealership to buy a used vehicle for our sons. Brandon gave us great customer service to buy them their 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT and we We came to the dealership to buy a used vehicle for our sons. Brandon gave us great customer service to buy them their 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT and we liked our experience so much that we decided to trade in our Camry to buy a new 2020 GMC Terrain as well. Unfortunately that day we couldn’t get the deal we needed to make it happen but Corey the General Manager personally called to have us come back in and worked the numbers and went above and beyond to even call banks to make the deal happen! Our family couldn’t be happier with our 2 cars we bought within days of each other and the customer service from everyone at Castle is top notch! Definitely will continue buying our vehicles with them for years to come! Thanks again Corey and Brandon and all the Castle staff! More

Beware... The reason we came from 2 hours away is because of advertised price online "The price you see is the price you pay" However, when it came to the act The reason we came from 2 hours away is because of advertised price online "The price you see is the price you pay" However, when it came to the actual purchase it was not the same price, nor was my trade in value as much as stated it would be... My husband is also Retired Military and we were told that if we wanted a military discount, other discounts would be void. We purchased a new Dodge Ram several years ago and got a Military discount in addition to other discounts available, one did not cancel the other... and to top it all off, we were pushed into buying additional coverage which was to increase our monthly payment by only $11/month... in reality we got duped for $4,730 and increased our term from 60 months to 75 months. I will take partial blame for this since I trusted them with what we thought we were getting and initialed and signed where told to and never really looked at the numbers.... The one good thing is, I saw I can cancel all the additional coverage and "gap" insurance within 60 days to receive full credit... but really? Oh and one last thing, the sales man we were dealing with, never shook our hands and introduced himself... I saw one of his business cards sitting on his desk, that's how I learned his name. (In his defense, he did shake our hands before we drove away in my new truck.) I was told to ask for another salesman when setting up my appointment time who doesn't even work at that location. When I asked for him, I was told he's in a meeting or else he isn't in yet, but in reality he worked at a Michigan City location. One positive is it's a beautiful showroom and everyone was pretty friendly. More
