I have to be honest because of course that’s what people want so I’m leaving this review for the support and understanding from the manager of the service dept, he was great to work with. As for the service advisors I feel they need a bit more inviting and cheerful welcome it goes along way when trusting them your vehicle! More

Brandon was extremely helpful I was preparing for a out of town trip when the service engine light came on Friday afternoon. I called the service department and was transferred to the central service peopl of town trip when the service engine light came on Friday afternoon. I called the service department and was transferred to the central service people who said they didn't have a appointment until 10/29. I called on Monday and Brandon suggested I have a diagnostic test done by auto zone to see if it was the gas cap when I called him back and told him it was the heater control valve he said I could bring it in an leave it and they would work it in to the schedule as soon as possible since they were fully booked for the week. I dropped it off on Wed expecting to wait a week but he called Thur afternoon and my car was ready. His customer service skills are excellent. More

I like this dealership but please, get another code reader that the service reps can access. Having to wait a day and a half for a tech to hook up a code reader is ridiculous. Clear communication, appreciate the coffee and snacks in the waiting area. Was helpful to have a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on.
