We have a family values approach to selling and financing vehicles the same values with the treatment of employees from the top down. I enjoy contributing to this team's vision and my goal is to help as many people per day as possible. When I walked into Freeman Toyota, it was like no other dealer I hav ever experienced. There were people moving everywhere! Random employees were coming up to me and shaking my hand, asking if I needed any dealer I hav ever experienced. There were people moving everywhere! JB went above and beyond to make sure I had the vehicle I wanted. In fact, after finding the Crown Signia Limited at Toyota of Rockwall, JB personally spent 3 hours in traffic picking it up for on-time deli wanted. In fact, after finding the Crown Signia Limited at Toyota of Rockwall, JB personally spent 3 hours in traffic picking it up for on-time delivery. This was meaningful because I had already selected the XLE that would have had to be picked up at Family Toyota, but I backed out of that in favor of the Limited.
