Very positive buying experience. I called a few hours before arriving to confirm they had the vehicle we were interested in available. When we arrived, they had it waiting for us. Ou I called a few hours before arriving to confirm they had the vehicle we were interested in available. When we arrived, they had it waiting for us. Our salesman Brandon Murray was very relaxed the entire time, which really helped us focus on the test drive and car itself, not trying to engage in distracting “fluff conversation.” When we got back to the dealership, he quickly went to work to whip up the deal for us at our request. When he brought the proposed deal to us, we were very straightforward on what needed tweaked for us to be comfortable proceeding. Moments later, sales manager Lauren Rosenbayger came out and discussed our concerns with us. She was extremely straightforward and attentive to our perspective and concerns. She came back with all of our concerns addressed, with the deal very much so to our satisfaction and we agreed to move forward. While a few folks were waiting for finance on this busy day, we transferred our belongings over from our trade-in, and Brandon helped us get our Subaru mobile account all set up. The finance manager Greg Cooper came out all ready for us to finalize everything. He too was a pleasure, answering all of our questions, explaining our options to us.
