I have had a few bad experiences with the dealership from life threatening issues (not putting the lugs back on my tire) to losing my keys. I am very loyal and this seems like whenever I give it a chance I a life threatening issues (not putting the lugs back on my tire) to losing my keys. I am very loyal and this seems like whenever I give it a chance I always get burned. I took my car in less than a week and spent almost $2000 then not even a week later my a/c dies and I have to replace all these other items almost 6 k worth. It is so disheartening that Nissan's reputation is not as good as it used to be. More

I was very disappointed when I gave the service writer my coupon for $10 off my oil change. He did not explain that I would be charged for tire rotation as well! upon picking up my vehicle, I had $125 charg coupon for $10 off my oil change. He did not explain that I would be charged for tire rotation as well! upon picking up my vehicle, I had $125 charge because I got charged for rotating the tires that I did not know or ask for! I thought the coupon was just for $10 off my oil change. I feel I was blindsided the service writer should’ve explained the coupon before performing service.. More

I assume Brandon Mullen must be the technician that worked on my truck. Christy was the service rep that I dealt with face to face, she was beyond exceptional. I have a new Nissan Altima I purchased from Auto nation Nissan. When I came to Findley Nissan for my first oil change I was told Findley does not honor Auto Nations first oil change is free. I purchased a Nissan. When I came to Findley Nissan for my first oil change I was told Findley does not honor Auto Nations first oil change is free. I purchased a VW from Auto Nation and Findley VW did honor the first oil change and never asked where I bought it at. I thought the first oil change was a Nissan policy not a Auto Nation policy. Disappointed when promised free tire rotations after buying tires from dealership & you no longer support that previous agreements. Also, no car wash provided at this time.
