This was a stark contrast to our experience at a Ford dealership where we were fully ready to purchase but ended up walking out due to poor service. In hindsight, we’re so glad that happened because it led us to Royal Moore GMC, where we found a better vehicle that perfectly fits our family’s needs and includes all the tech features we were hoping for.
