Niello VW, however, is the notable exception to this downward drift. OK, it took me a week to get an appointment to get my battery replaced, but I'd be lying if I didn't say that the people I worked with in the Service Department have got to be the happiest, friendliest people on the planet. These are people who know and love cars, and also seem to sincerely care about their customers. This is such a rare thing these days! Beyond that, because they seem to care and love cars, I feel much better about having them care for my $30k+ vehicle, and feel less bothered the high service cost because they are on my side. Thank-you for doing all that you can to make servicing my car a pleasurable experience!
