Horrible. Two hours for a tire rotation with an appointment. All they could/would say was "how sorry they were" and apologize. Not acceptable. There IS a problem. The real kicker was "PATIENCE appointment. All they could/would say was "how sorry they were" and apologize. Not acceptable. There IS a problem. The real kicker was "PATIENCE IS GOLDEN" to which I replied at my age I have very little when you are screwing up and I am paying for it. I WAS in the market for a new RAV 4-Hybrid, but not now until some things change. More

Prompt, professional responses. Was able to give me a spot-on estimate of when the work would be done. No attempts to up-sell me on air filters. Had a headlight changed, but had to go back to the dealership because it was totally pointing the wrong direction. Then after having it adjusted, I received a call saying that tech had left his phone dealership because it was totally pointing the wrong direction. Then after having it adjusted, I received a call saying that tech had left his phone under my hood. Pulled over and sure enough, there was the radio, so had to head back to the dealership for another trip. 3 trips and 2 were due to service issues. More

I arrived at Molle about 25 minutes prior to my appointment. The friendly / efficient staff person took my information. Within five minutes I was able to get a ride back to my home via the Molle appointment. The friendly / efficient staff person took my information. Within five minutes I was able to get a ride back to my home via the Molle courtesy car. I was notified when my vehicle had been service and was ready for pick up. All in all a very smooth transaction. More
