Sell your car outright or they will offer you a Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Price instead of the KBB Trade-In Value, which is $5k-7k below your cars real trade in value. Then they'll try to convince you Blue Book Instant Cash Price instead of the KBB Trade-In Value, which is $5k-7k below your cars real trade in value. Then they'll try to convince you your car is being low balled because "no one can say for sure what a good conditioned used car really means." Maybe not, but I bet I and the BBB can tell the diff. between an Instant Cash Offer and a Trade-in offer. My trade retails for $28-29k all day long, and Trade-in ranges from $23k-26k, yet they only offered the Instant Cash Price of $20.5K, then tried to convince me that my trade, which is in excellent condition, somehow fell on the LOWEST possible side of the Trade in range...which, btw, is $3k short of what KBB says it should be. I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the dealership last Saturday. I had the misfortune of dealing with Brandon Holly, one of the salesmen, who was incredi with the service I received at the dealership last Saturday. I had the misfortune of dealing with Brandon Holly, one of the salesmen, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. To start with, he made assumptions about my financial situation without even knowing the facts. He suggested that I should look for cars in a lower price range, which was completely uncalled for. Moreover, I requested to test drive three cars, but he only allowed me to drive one. When I returned from the test drive, he disappeared, and I had to ask two other salespeople where he was. It took him about ten minutes to reappear, and when I asked him about the other cars, he informed me that someone else had expressed interest in them, and we would need to wait for them to decide. This was incredibly frustrating, as I had requested those cars before leaving on my first drive, and he was fully aware of my interest in them. When I decided to leave, he yelled at me across the dealership very rudely. This was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling humiliated and embarrassed. I would have handed over a check for the car that day if I had liked it, but that was not even an option. Checking with the dealership both cars are still unsold which is comical. If I could give Brandon Holly negative stars, I would. I would like to thank Lead Tommy Washington, who witnessed the incident and apologized on behalf of Brandon Holly. However, this does not excuse his behavior. In conclusion, I had a terrible experience at the dealership, and I would not recommend it to anyone. More

I was extremely pleased with Brandon Hill and the service he provided when I bought my new Hyundai Kona. There was no pressure and he worked hard to find me what I wanted within my budget.
