We found out after a few days it was actually 2 other people communicating with us under the same name. Bait and switch was their MO twice before we told them we were done. Dayton and Hans tried to pass off a different trim level and one that supposedly had already sold days before according to the stock number. But magically it wasn’t. Go anywhere but here. You have been warned. They won’t disclose their doc fee or any dmv fees either. These folks could learn a lot about customer service and good communication from Hannah Toyota and Lillard Toyota. They were top notch and places I will go again. More

Brandon went ABOVE and beyond for me. I flew down from Seattle to pick up my new RAV4, but the car was delayed at the docks. Brandon arrived at 7am the next morning (they don’t open until I flew down from Seattle to pick up my new RAV4, but the car was delayed at the docks. Brandon arrived at 7am the next morning (they don’t open until 8) to see if the car arrived for me. He immediately called me and told me it’s here. By the time I arrived, he had the car cleaned, gas filled, and inspection complete. He was also awesome during the paperwork process and made sure everything made sense for me. Very calm demeanor and zero sales pressure. Being in sales myself, I know how much of an art it is to make customers feel calm and comfortable during a purchase. 5 stars to Angel, Brandon, and the entire Royal Moore team. More
