The finance manager changed the retail purchase agreement and the loan terms without my knowledge. We both physically signed copies of the documents on friday. He called me monday to inform me he made an er and the loan terms without my knowledge. We both physically signed copies of the documents on friday. He called me monday to inform me he made an error on the documents and asked me to stop by to sign the new documents. I never did. Yet they were submitted to the bank and the terms from the contract we both signed had changed. I asked several times for the certificate of completion for the digital trail for the second round of documents that were submitted by brandon without my knowledge. We scheduled a meeting with Brandon for clarification. He lied to us multiple times. Including in front of a fellow employee. They than said in that meeting they would not provide us the documents in question. I have asked several times for the documents. The dealership manager has now been in contact with me. Requesting a meeting at his convenience. This whole issue has me very frustrated. I would definitely not recommend this dealership currently. Hopefully our next meeting will result in a more satisfactory ending. More
