Service Department did fine. I'm not happy with Hyundai, they have a recall for a trailer wiring harness replacement. Was notified of the issue 4 months ago, parts are still no I'm not happy with Hyundai, they have a recall for a trailer wiring harness replacement. Was notified of the issue 4 months ago, parts are still not available. Instead of replacing the harness as I was notified of in the recall, service removed the harness leaving me with a vehicle that did not have working trailer lights. The removal was not identified before being performed. Trailer lights are critical to my use for the vehicle and had them reinstall the harness. More
