So we needed to get our stuff together and provide a good life for our boy. We fixed our credit and figured we’d get our very first brand new car, in comes Brandon Cruz from Longo Toyota; I explained to him our situation and he said he could help us out, in a short amount of time we picked our new car, filed the necessary paperwork and drove out of there with our first new car. Brandon was not only helpful, but he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. No pressure from him and definitely no back and forth trying to get more money out of us. We will definitely be back and definitely be looking for Brandon again. More

I worked with Brandon Cruz, who was helpful, low pressure and listened and worked to get the deal I wanted. I would recommend Him to anyone as well as Longo. We are repeat customers to Longo working with Sam in the past who is also great. More

Brandon Cruz is the best he works with you on every aspect you may have. He makes you feel comfortable and not pressured as some salesmans do. New Toy With no intention of driving home a new car, my husband & I wondered around the used car lot at Longo for a bit, Brandon approached us professionally With no intention of driving home a new car, my husband & I wondered around the used car lot at Longo for a bit, Brandon approached us professionally, asked us a few questions, and we had more than a few questions for him. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional!! Once the ice was broken, it was as if we were old friends. He was well prepared with an inventory list that was very detailed.. After several hours, a test drive, many laughs and more questions.. We drove home in a 2017 Toyota Highlander SE Sport. Brandon was very thorough in explaining all the ":Bells & Whistles" and very helpful with a couple phone calls the next couple of days!! Highly recommend Brandon and wish him many years of success at Longo Toyota! More
