As a first time car buyer, I was hesitant on how the process would play out. However, the day of, I saw the vehicle I had been searching for online and emailed Kurt immediately I was on my way in. Upon arriving I was greeted at the front desk immediately and point in the direction of Kurt’s office. There he had the key to the car I requested, the car was pulled up ready to test drive, and we were on the road shortly after. Very happy with my experience and the vehicle, I bought it. Brandon, in finance, was very helpful in organizing my documents so that I could understand every component of the finance agreement, extensive coverage, as well as step by step of what I needed to bring when going to pay taxes on the car. The whole experience was quite opposite of what I was anticipating. The St. Louis Mungenast Honda team exceeded all my expectations as I was buying my first car. More

Top notch, personal from the beginning to the end and after I am an out of town and out of state buyer. I had called to inquire about a hard to find vehicle that I had seen on the internet. Rob Carroll said that a contract had been written on the vehicle, but if it fell through, he would call and let me know. Two days later, Rob called and said the deal might fall through and if I still wanted the car, that I could write a contract and be first in line to buy it. The following day, he called and said I would be the proud owner of a 2017 Honda Certified 2017 Honda Coupe, 6 cylinder, 6 speed, manual trans with only 4300 miles.. I flew up from Texas and taxied over to Mangenast St. Louis Honda and inspected the Honda and was so pleased, that Rob and I did the paperwork on the spot. Brandon, Mengenast's Finance specialist helped me through the finance process and within 45 minutes, I was on the road, driving my almost new Honda back to the great state of Texas. Incredible service from start to finish, with two follow ups to make sure that I was pleased with the car. My purchase price for this 2017 Honda was exactly what I paid in 2010, for my first 6 cylinder, 6 speed, manual trans, coupe. More

The salespeople are not pushy, they give you space to look on the lot and they are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and can answer your questions. My mom bought a car from Kurt two years ago and when it came time for me to get a new vehicle, we went back to him. He listened to what I was looking for and offered options I didn't know existed within my budget and that had my must-have items. The other staff at Mungenast were excellent, too. They interacted with our young sons while we test drove and filled out paperwork and made them feel welcome and like part of the process, too. When it came time to get to the nitty-gritty paperwork, Brandon was awesome. He explained our financing options, asked questions to help us determine what we might need (or might not need) and was a pleasure to work with. Great dealership and we will be back when the time comes for another vehicle! More
