I wish I could update a previous review, but I can’t, so I will do a new one to say that, I was wrong in my initial impressions of this dealership. I bought a truck with a dent in the bumper. I missed it and the salesman missed it. Not the end of the world necessarily, but it’s extremely apparent how fast you guys churn your used vehicles I missed it and the salesman missed it. The truck was not ready to be posted and it was clear after I bought it that zero had been done. Now I paid for some paint sealant, can’t believe I let myself fall for that one, that I know was not applied before I left, yet it was claimed that it was drying. That truck smelled like smoke and was dirty. It is a shame that you have your name that I have known for years, yet you are really no different than any used car lot without a major brand behind it. Now I patiently wait for my truck. Had an appointment for the 24th and they haven’t even pulled the truck in. So now, I have a brand new payment, I got screwed with some upcharged crap during financing (again, my fault for falling for that crap), not to mention you screwed me on the $2500 I put down by not applying it to the price of the car, and the truck and experience I am supposed to be happy about are sitting on your yard with zero work done. So your bumper guy comes in on Thursdays so I’m told, am I to now wait until next Thursday for you to start? Worst experience I have ever had buying a truck. Screw the customer must be your motto, because that is where we are. Well, you successfully screwed me on a purchase, so get your dealerships crap together and pull the xxxx truck in so I can move on with my life. Not sure how used car salesman sleep at night. Just so you know, I’m in the heavy equipment world and work for a dealership much like yours. If our team treated customers like this, I would be ashamed. More

I asked the salesman about the family first program I was told they were apart of the program but not for my car which was not true I tried to explain that Yes it was but no one took it any further but I fel told they were apart of the program but not for my car which was not true I tried to explain that Yes it was but no one took it any further but I felt I was not given the opportunity for the best deal possible. The dealership would honor my family first GM request and would not investigate it. It was a grave disjistice felt I could have gotten a better price when I asked nothing done and they do accept the program would not investigate it. I went in knowing what I was looking for with the intent to come back and purchase because of the time I arrived at the dealership.
