It doesn't get any better than Lexus of Rockford. Christian is my salesman. He is top-notch. He was patient, never pushy, honest, and professional. After the sale I had to bring it in for a problem, and Christian was on top of that as well, always texting me to check in and keep me updated. Which leads me to the service department: A unique issue arose with the vehicle. It took the service department a while to figure it out. I had a loaner the whole time. Grant was technician who figured out the issue. Jeff, the service manager, was very communicative with me and very kind and understanding. This service department did NOT give up on my car until they figured out the issue, and I'm really proud of all of them. I am a customer for life now, which is a good feeling when you have a dealership and salesman you can trust. More

Anderson has been a great dealer and one I've recommended and a while ago I would have rated it 5 stars. But things are slipping and the 4 stars is not a strong 4. More like a 3.5. First, one thing that was and a while ago I would have rated it 5 stars. But things are slipping and the 4 stars is not a strong 4. More like a 3.5. First, one thing that was refreshing a few years ago. They did not try "sticking" the customer with profit added "addons" (paint treatment, fabric coatings, life insurance, phony insurance policies, etc.) Now every sticker has all this nonsense on it. If it stays like this it may be the last vehicle I purchase there. Another issue coming up is quality of service in the service center is decreasing. Recently a misdiagnosis on brake work cost me additional $$$, another issue had come up on another car, where the battery terminal was left loose and air filter housing was not reattached. Hopefully this will be read and taken to heart. Myself and my family have relied on Anderson over the years and things like what I am seeing now, bother me. More
