When I got a call from Goran saying he could lower my payments and give me a better car it sounded to good to be true. However, he didn’t disappoint. My 2020 Infiniti QX60 is not only a Luxe Edition, but payments and give me a better car it sounded to good to be true. However, he didn’t disappoint. My 2020 Infiniti QX60 is not only a Luxe Edition, but lower payments and two years newer than my old QX60. Thank you for your promptness and kindness. Awesome dealing with Goran, and I will for sure return again! More

Service Department Going Downhill Very disappointed in my last visit for service. Personalized care is gone. No more warm welcomes and smiling faces (not that you would be able to se Very disappointed in my last visit for service. Personalized care is gone. No more warm welcomes and smiling faces (not that you would be able to see them with masks, but you can tell by tone of voice and manner). Difficult to speak to a consultant in person...mostly texting that is sporadic. Questions were left unanswered. It took 2 days for my call to the manager to be returned. Other than masks being worn by employees, there was no evidence that care was taken in my car to minimize virus exposure. No steering wheel protection and no note or anything showing me that my car was disinfected before pickup. Instead of leaving the fob in the cup holder like they used to do, the attendant actually handed it to me with bare hands. I feel like this dealership really doesn't get it and doesn't care about me and my wellbeing. More

I bought an Infiniti Q50 from Orlando Infiniti and Goran was my sales representative. Goran is a 100% professional and gets it done. When it came time to close the transaction Gabriel in the Finance Dep was my sales representative. Goran is a 100% professional and gets it done. When it came time to close the transaction Gabriel in the Finance Department took me through the quickest and most efficient closing I have ever experienced. Another true professional. Goran did such a great job I referred my son to Goran and he now owns a Q50 as well. Excellent job, Goran and Gabe! More

Reneged on deal provided in writing. I have updated this review on June 4, 2019 to provide additional clarity and facts following the dealer response of June 3, 2019. On May 29, 2019, I c I have updated this review on June 4, 2019 to provide additional clarity and facts following the dealer response of June 3, 2019. On May 29, 2019, I communicated with Brandon following a deal one of his salespeople confirmed they would be able to make in writing on May 28, 2019. I was informed in writing that even though I specified $0 drive off, the $2,000 cash down provided in their buyer's order of May 28th was for the security deposit only and was not a down payment. In fact, on May 28, 2019, the sales person confirmed the following in writing regarding my requested clarification that the terms of the May 28th buyer's order were equivalent to the terms I specified in writing: May 28, 2019, 1:55 PM (3 messages from salesperson): "We can get that for you sir" "Yes 800 will be only due at signing witch [sic] is the security deposit" "No additional down, No additional fees, no hidden fees." According to the May 28th buyer's order, the above representations made by the salesperson would not be accurate as the buyer's order indicated $2,000 down, not the $0 drive off I specified. I therefore attempted to further clarify, and as I was making arrangements to drive 2 hours to the dealership, they sent an email response with an updated buyer's order on May 29, 2019 that changed the terms of the deal I was told they would make suddenly and without explanation. When I discussed this with Brandon on May 29, 2019 and clearly outlined what his salesperson represented to me in writing on May 28th, he offered no explanation or apology and even went so far as to insult me by insinuating that I was somehow confused by them changing the terms the salesperson advised they would be able to do. Very poor experience and would not recommend this dealership. *EDIT* Orlando Inifiniti's response ignores facts relevant to this matter (which are now clarified above) and is unnecessarily malicious and inflammatory. In the event anyone would like form their own opinion and see the actual written exchange between me and this dealership (with both parties' personally identifiable information removed as I only seek the truth to be known, I do not want either party subjected to undue harassment or unsolicited contact), please feel free to contact me. It is my opinion that any reasonable person with access to this exchange would likely form their own independent opinion that they did not act in good faith and fair dealings toward me. I have also contacted Infiniti Corporate regarding this matter and they apologized for the way I was treated, even though the dealer refuses to. More
