This was a distance purchase so all 3 went out of their way to make sure all my needs and questions were taken care of in a timely fashion. There were no games most dealers like to play, constant communication, good lease price on the vehicle, and they even sent a driver to pick me up since I lived 2 hours away from the dealership. It doesn't get better than that. Other dealerships could take a page or two from the Kayser Sales playbook. A+++ More
