We've had a Honda Accord from another dealer, but Brandon and Jab have won us over to Valley Honda. Although our CR-V wasn't in stock, the dealer ordered it for us, and Brandon kept us apprised of the status. When the vehicle arrived, the pick-up and payment process was simple, and was professionally managed. When we declined some of the options offered, we never felt pressured to change our minds. We first did a test drive of the CR-V at that other local dealer, but the salesperson there ignored almost every word we said, instead sticking with his canned pitch. We later wrote back with the exact specs for the vehicle we wanted, and his reply ignored those specifics. We were invited to give feedback to the sales manager, but he never returned our call. That other dealer could learn a lot from the folks at Valley. More

We were encouraged by my step-daughter and her husband to check out Valley Honda as they have had good experiences with this group and I am very glad that we heeded their advice. Kevin Hanna, Brandon Brabec (Go Ramblers!) and Kurt Gonzalez were helpful, professional and friendly. And when it came time to work out the details of the deal, we didn't get the typical run-around. They were straight-forward and in very little time put their best deal on the table, and it was a good one. It came down to a choice between the Honda CR-V and a Subaru Forester. In large measure it was the people at Honda that tipped the scales, although the vehicle is quite lovely too! We're excited about our new purchase and know that we'll have excellent support from this dealership as we "go on down the road"! More
