Do not waste your time at Valley Honda We have tried to buy a car twice from Valley Honda over the past 3 years. The sales people are terrible. We will never go back. I think you have to check any ethics you have at the door to work there. We actually bought a new top of the line Odyssey many years ago there and that was an ok experience. Trying to buy two used vehicles for our kids as they got their drivers licenses were horrible experiences. A couple of years ago we made an offer on a used SUV (Honda CRV) with an offer that was slightly lower than ask but equal to the online price (they call it the "eprice"). We told them we would write a check and buy it on the spot if they accepted our offer. They countered and we left. The next day they lowered the price to our offer. We were disgusted and bought elsewhere. This week we were looking at a Mazda for our 2nd oldest. We had been in contact with our sales guy for a while. Our son was all set to get his drivers license so we emailed our sales guy and asked him the current asking price. He emailed us the number. We immediately emailed back telling him we were coming in at 1:30 with the check book and we would pay the asking price and would pay on the spot. When we got there at 1:30 we were told they let someone test drive the car and that he had first option to buy the car. We were stunned since he came in after we had committed to buying the car. We left as we had no choice and the other person bought the car. It was a complete waste of our time. Our sales guy both times was Brandon Brabec. Good luck if you try to buy there. We will never step foot in there again. We have 3 kids to buy cars for and Valley Honda will not see a penny from us. More

First of all, the coffee station along with the kids' playroom is a nice touch. There were also plenty of laptops for customers to use while waiting. I liked the fact that when we walked in, there were plenty of stations set up to make customers feel cozy and comfortable. Brandon was not your typical "pushy" salesperson; he was kind, patient, informative and a lot of fun! We really enjoyed doing business with him. He was quick to complete his work and also explained his answers to all of our questions with great detail. Brandon, along with the rest of the staff, was very friendly! We look forward to going back to Valley Honda whenever our SUV needs service!! More
