“DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION- Vanessa Gomez, Austin Kondor and Brandon Valenzuela reached out to me regarding a Nissan I was interested in at there location. They emailed, texted and called every five minutes and Brandon Valenzuela reached out to me regarding a Nissan I was interested in at there location. They emailed, texted and called every five minutes for 2 days until I contacted them. I was trying to use my own finance company as I was already prequalified. They told me to fill out the application and they would send me some numbers, and we would go from there. After going back in forth for a couple of hours. I heard nothing from anyone, no text no call no emails. I reached out to my finance company the next day, they stated Nissan sent the offer for 22,995. And they were only looking to finance 21,995. And the car pricing on there website is 22,576. They were waiting for Nissan to provide another offer. Still no contact from Nissan. I reached out to Vanessa for a status check, 2 hours later she emails me and says Capitol one didn’t approve the full amount. Do you want us to look for another car. I was shocked because had I not emailed anyone would they have reached out. They went from borderline harassing me to crickets. When I questioned Vanessa on the lack of service and follow up. She proceeded to say it’s hard for them to help someone with “challenged credit”. To say I was speechless was an understatement. She then proceeded to say be mad with Capital One not us. I don’t care what the amount is, is it not the process to follow up and let me know. Or how about hey they want 4k down are you able to work with it. But to not follow up at all and then give me attitude when I reach out is wild. Per Vanessa if you have “challenged credit” this is not the place for you. Everything was fine. I found the car that I wanted online and when I came in and tested it, they gave me a good deal. Even though they knew I was coming in to pick up the car it was not fully charged, and there was no portable charger when I took delivery.
