I like Pedder Nissan dealer because of their great customer service. Financially understands my needs. Leased two times. End of leasing on the second car, I finally decided to purchase it after all. The selection was good but when it came time to to negotiate they made it seem that some of the extra options were not options. When I went in to the finance office and they gave me the choice of the negotiate they made it seem that some of the extra options were not options. When I went in to the finance office and they gave me the choice of the bronze or silver I was told there were no other lesser options and those were my only choices. So I ended up with an alarm system I told them I didn't want. More

Nice people just doing their job. But expect to pay 6k more than what u thought. They lie to your face and sneak it on the contract. They force u to pay 3k for a anti theft even tho window sheet said 150 more than what u thought. They lie to your face and sneak it on the contract. VERY DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. First of all the car I was interested in was listed as a different (more expensive) trim on the website, so all the options were not correct. On top of that I was told I had t interested in was listed as a different (more expensive) trim on the website, so all the options were not correct. On top of that I was told I had to purchase an after market option for $2800.00 in addition to the listed price. When I said I did not want nor did I need it, they said they would reduce the price to $700 IF I financed through them(at a higher rate than I was already preapproved ), AND purchase an extended warranty for $3000.00! The only positive thing about the experience is that our salesmen were professional and very friendly. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More
